Its size in relation to the dog. I sent the city a curt thank you e-mail. We'll see if they respond.

Of course it looks so pretty now that I am home and no longer inching along in turtle-slow traffic. It took me well over an hour and a half to get home, it usually takes me 25 minutes including daycare pick up.
